The floor outlet is suitable for raised floors and accepts duplex receptacles, GFCI and most devices that fit standard wallplates.  While most single floor outlets are installed flush with the male plugs protruding from the floor, the R01PFN is recessed into the floor and provides room for the male plugs, reducing risk of trip hazard and providing a clean look where only outgoing cables are visible.

Since it is a single gang box, power and low voltage devices cannot be combined in the same box. For power, a standard duplex receptacle, GFCI or decorator style receptacle can be installed. If the box is needed for data and other low voltage connectors, a decora insert with up to six ports for keystones jacks (HDMI, RJ45, RJ11, USB, etc.) can be installed.

The 16 GA galvanized steel is powder coated in grey to provide an aesthetic look and an additional layer of protection against corrosion.

Six knockouts. Three for 1" and three for 3/4”conduits installation. Knockouts areas are free of paint to ensure a proper bonding and make the installation easier.

Two clips, one on each side of the box, adjust the box to different floor thicknesses.

Manufactured in compliance with UL-514A standard for use in USA and Canada.

The solid steel powder coated painted in black cover has a brushed finish and straight edges providing a flush finish with the final floor level (See installation Instructions). The cover can also rest on top of the finishing floor without the risk of tripping hazard thanks to its 3/16” (ADA Compliance) frame thickness.

Cover features a retractable handle and a cable door with foam to protect outgoing cables.

Cover is ADA compliant.
