The PMC47 raised floor box allows to install a wide variety of power, data and AV connectors such as duplex receptacles, decorator style inserts, keystone style jacks as well as our exclusive Fit-IN system, which accepts up to 12 Fit-IN modules for power and low voltage applications.
Power and low voltage can be installed in the same side of the box using our std. box facepates or the box can be optimized with our FIT-IN system which will allow to install up to twelve 15A receptacles, up to 24 keystones jacks (full low voltage floor box) or combine Power and low voltage jacks with barriers in the same side of the box.
Suitable for low profile floors with its 3 5/16" depth.
Internal tunnels assures an easy wiring from one side to the other.
8 Knockouts per compartment (16 total) of 1/2" and 3/4".
The lid can be removed and rotated for a better orientation of the outgoing cables with no additional tools required. An 11 GA steel reinforcement plate adds strength, durability and reliability to the cover.
Outgoing cables are protected by two cable guards. Each one has a handle used to open the cover and tilt them up. Both cable guards are supplied with rubber foam to protect incoming and outgoing cables.
A rectangular recessed space provides a 7/16” depth insert for a piece of the floor covering material (carpet, tile, terrazzo, etc.).
FIT-IN system compatible.
Lid can be removed and reversed.

The polyamide material meets UL94 flammability standard.
Beveled flange prevents tripping hazard and carpet from frying.
Flexible one-piece frame for a quick and secured installation.
