The FBSR2X is a versatile, functional and cost-effective wood/raised floor box. Its unique design and faceplates allow this box to be configurable from 2-gang to 6-gang.
A wide variety of power (standard duplex, GFCI, etc.) and low voltage connectors (HDMI, VGA, RJ45, RJ11, XLR, USB, etc.) can be installed inside this box with faceplates or with our exclusive FIT-IN modular system. The wiring chamber capacity allows combining power and low voltage in the same side of the box with the use of a service divider (sold separately). It is also possible to have power on one side and low voltage on the opposite side.
- The built in tunnels ensure a proper and easy wiring from one compartment to the opposite one.
- The 3 5/16” box height makes this box ideal for most raised/wood floor applications.
- The 16 GA galvanized steel is powder coated in gray color to provide a sophisticated look and add an extra protection layer against corrosion.
- 8 knock outs on each compartment (16 total) for up to 1”conduits installation.
- Knockouts areas are free of paint to ensure a proper bonding and make the installation easier.
- Two clips on each side of the box adjust the box to different floor thicknesses.
- Manufactured in compliance with the UL standards and listed with the UL514A.
